This is a character sheet of my own design to design characters for use in RP. Note: this has been edited since its last edition, but nothing major enough to warrant characters using the old sheet to make any edits.

[Muffin Heretic]

Name: Nameless girl (aka Zielley)
Species: human mutant
Gender: female
Sexuality: homosexual
Planet of Origin: born in space, on a black ship
Approx. Age: 16 - 19
Build: small (1.40 meters) but incdredibly muscular
Allegiance: Slaanesh kind of, but only because the people she cares for praise her/him.
Type and rank: drug addict
Facial Features -
a) Facial Structure: hunger and a lack of sleep make her look permanently exhausted, the drug use sometimes almost makes her face appear like a skull with skin and eyes.
b) Hairstyle, colourand facial hair: grey, unkempt and wild
c) Eyes: cyan (like all girls in her family)
d) Misc: needle-wounds on her arm and upper leg; a scar on her abdomen where it was once sliced open;
Body Features: Her skin looks dead and many bones have been broken and either mutated together again, got fixed with psykic power healing or with surgery;

Mental State: addicted and thus hard on edge, but unless she's actually ON her drugs, she's very reasonable and seeks knowledge. She's very loyal to people that treat her kindly.

Clothing: simple dark purple robes, beneath them she wears belts and leather strips;

Gadgets/Wargear: she has inhering healing, which is either a psykic power or a long term sideeffect of her drug cocktails, maybe a mutation due to long term warptravel without gellar field
Weapons: Her teeth and hands, she is capable of using mid-ranged weapons due to a jittery nature she has a bad aim.
Owned Transports: usually a stowaway
Personal Motives: Her mother, her foster mother, and Muffin; lately it has been a pursuit of knowledge to some degree though.
