Originally a shipborne, Faizel was raised on his grandmother's estate until he was a teen, at which point he was inducted into an organization that trained youths in investigative techniques. His exemplary performance landed him in the sights of Inquisitor Roland Gstach. Shortly after he reached adult hood by Imperial Standards, he was inducted as an Inquisitorial Acolyte.

During the early period of his time as an Inquisitor, in the middle of a war against some heritics, Faizel tripped, and fell Infront of a Chimera, which crushed his arm beneath it's treads, leading to his arm being crudely amputated with a lasbolt. Later, that same Chimera was destroyed, and part of its Hull was salvaged by him, and forged into his power sword, a tool primary made for defense, turned into a weapon of offence.
At a later date, his arm was further amputated by a skilled medicae, and he was given a augmetic replacement.

After he orchestrated the successful defense of Hive Tauron, and by extension, Forge World Ignoxus in 985.M41, He was named Lord Inquisitor of Subsector Ignoxus

At age ten, on a Father-Daughter day, a ganger attempted to assassinate Faizel. Runa became distressed, distracting the would be assassin, and unleashing a wave of psyker energy, shattering the shop windows surrounding them. She forced a storm of swirling energy, picking up the millions of pieces of razor sharp shards of glass, and trapped the ganger in a vortex of blades, stripping his bones of flesh. This is how she was discovered to be a psyker, and was then given to train as a Sanctioned Psyker, and emerged as a full fledged Psyker of the Holy Imperium, and was to be sent to fight alongside the Imperial Guard, but was inducted by Faizel to become his Acolyte, soon advancing to become his Interrogator.

That's like saying that the God Emperor is a loyalist Space Marine.

And yea, I agree with Meros there, Khorn is the archenemy of psykers.
Tzeench seems to like sorcerors... then again, because of that he is a very high likely source of corruption, since Tzeench grants psykic knowledge beyond imperial capabilities.
